Warranty&RAM:
All of our products with 12 months warranty from the date of shipment.
RAM procedure:
1. Contact us and let us know what’s the problem. It would be better if you can record a video for our analysis.
2. Tell us serial No. of the device. We will appoint after service staff work together with you to solve the problem asap.
3. If spare parts for repairing requested, pls send back the broken part together with guarantee list for our testing and we will send the spare parts or repair it to you once confirmed the problem was cause by our side. Freight cost at our charge. If the problem was made by your side, we will repair it and send it back to you. Freight cost at your charge.
4. Good suggestions will be highly appreciated.
Dead-on-Arrival (DOA):
Any product found to be defective within 30 days of shipment shall be deemed Dead on Arrival (DOA). DOA products will be advance replaced and shipped via express.
